Before forming Cloud, Minturn & Associates, LLC, Dann was an executive for a major insurance firm.  He was responsible to a number of small employers and their business needs.  He also headed a staff of 10 which he trained to provide the best service by making complete information available to the client so they could make intelligent, informed decision for themselves, their families and their employees.  His motto is.... "If you don't know the answer, get the answer! Be precise and detailed in everything you do for the client. Before forming Cloud, Minturn & Associates, LLC, Pam was General Manager of a 45 employee firm with 15 locations in California and Arizona which she was instrumental in building from a 2 location 5 employee operation in 3 years.  Because of the difficulties involved in this type of growth from a human resource perspective, Pam became aware of the need for small employers to have access to similar services, information and administrative help as a large employer in a cost effective manner.  Since Cloud, Minturn & Associates, LLC didn't exist then she accumulated this knowledge on her own.  Along with her background in computer technology she established and oversees what we now know as the hands-on administration and information resource services of Cloud, Minturn & Associates, LLC which is unsurpassed in the industry.  She continues to direct an on-going analysis of changing Employment Laws, current law suit settlements and compliance issues. 

 

She is currently the President of the Greater Harbor Area Employers Advisory Council, GHAEAC.  The GHAEAC is composed of employer volunteers representing a cross section of business and industry.  The Employer Advisory Council was developed to promote a stronger partnership between the California Employment Development Department (EDD) and the business community.  Its commitment is to assist employers in conducting their business more effectively and efficiently, to provide info on employment related issues. Pam sees conflict or problems as simply challenges and clones this attitude with all CMA employees.
